Packing and Delivery
Packing and delivering picture frames is an art form in itself, so check out the below to get an idea of how we will ship them to you, keep them safe in transit, and what to do in case something goes wrong.

How do you pack the frames for delivery?
We use a combination of bubble wrap and card to ensure the package is as secure and protective to bumps as possible.
if you order multiple frames, we will stack them strategically together in one package, protecting the smaller ones from damage caused by sliding or pressure. If the size difference is too great, then we may ship larger frames separately from smaller ones to ensure they all arrive in tact.
Can I return the bubble wrap to you guys?
Bubble wrap is really the best way to protect frames in transit but also catch broken glass should things go wrong, but we try to reuse it as much as possible to minimise our usage.
If you live in Auckland, please feel free to drop it back to us. We love when our customers bring the bubble wrap back to us so we can recycle it time and time again.
If you live locally and would like to minimise the plastic use, you can pick your frames up from us directly and use blankets to keep them safe on the drive home! We love that even more!
What happens if the glass breaks during transit?
The courier’s handling of packages is unfortunately a bit beyond our control, and while we will package things as best as we can to ensure nothing bad happens, sometimes they may turn up damaged.
You need to be incredibly careful around broken glass. Please take great care.
If you can tell the glass is broken somewhere in the package upon delivery, please do not open it. Get in touch with our team ASAP and we will arrange a return shipping label for you to send it back to us.
If you notice once the package is opened, please wrap it back up and put it somewhere safe away from children or animals. If you would like to send them back, then flick us an email and we will arrange a return label for you. If you would like to dispose of them yourself, please send us a photo of the damage when you get in touch with us.
We will happily replace the frames or give you a refund when they get damaged.
What happens of the frame is damaged, but the glass is okay?
Please get in touch with us ASAP. We will send you a returns label to get the package back to us, and ship you out a new set.
How do I track my order?
We use Courier Post to deliver all orders. We will send a tracking number with delivery confirmation email that you will be able to use to not only track your order, but alter the delivery location for your package so you can customise the process to your life the day of expected delivery.
Do you provide International delivery?
No - We ship throughout New Zealand only. Frames can be incredibly delicate, so we focus on keeping the shipping domestic.
Delivery Options:
Everything we send is automatically Track and Trace - we want to make sure your frames turn up at your doorstep as much as you do!
Pricing varies depending on the size of your frames, the amount you purchase, and where in the country you live. We can’t squish them into the pre-priced sleeves.

What if I need my frames urgently?
In Store Pickup:
We offer in store pickups from our workshop in Auckland, so if you need something urgently you can come and collect them directly rather than waiting for delivery. Thus will still require our 1-3 day production time.
Same Day Pickup:
We aim to have our entire range on hand, but cannot guarantee it. Occasionally we need to make things to order.
If you need something immediately, please do come and visit us, or send us an email to so we can let you know what we have on hand. We will do our absolute best to accommodate any request.
Delivered:
If you need your frames delivered with a quick turnaround, email us directly instead of ordering on the website so we can figure out the details and let you know what we can do for you.
Everything ordered through the website will fall into the system with all other orders.
Orders of 10 frames or more:
Because large order will have to be packaged specially, and shipping costs calculated separately, we need to process the order manually. As a result, you cannot currently order over 10 frames through the website.
